A 66 year old female, non-smoker, with a history of colon and breast cancer, has a worsening cough and fatigue. She has lost 15 pounds over the past two months. A chest radiograph shows hilar lymphadenopathy and a right lung mass. A biopsy is performed and histology is shown below. What is the diagnosis?
