Precision and Reliability in Urothelial Differentiation for IHC Testing

Uroplakin II

Uroplakin II (MRQ-71) — Now Available

We are excited to introduce our latest addition to the IHC antibody portfolio: the Uroplakin II (MRQ-71), designed specifically for the immunohistochemical detection of uroplakin II in the urothelium.

Uroplakin II is a critical transmembrane protein present in the umbrella cells of the urothelium, forming part of the blood-urine barrier. With its selective expression in urothelial tissue and lack of reactivity in other tissue types, Uroplakin II serves as a key marker for urothelial differentiation, making it an essential tool in histopathology.

Enhanced Detection of Diffuse Midline Gliomas

H3 K27M (RM192)

H3 K27M (RM192) — Now Available

We are excited to introduce our latest addition to the Cell Marque™ antibody portfolio: H3 K27M (RM192), designed specifically for the immunohistochemical detection of the H3 K27M mutant protein in diffuse midline gliomas.

The H3 K27M mutation is a critical alteration found in histone proteins, which plays a significant role in the diagnosis of diffuse midline gliomas. With its selective expression in tumor tissues and absence in normal tissues, H3 K27M serves as a key marker for accurate diagnosis, making it an essential tool in histopathology.

Be Somebody’s Hero with Pediatric IHC Markers

Be Somebody’s Hero with Pediatric IHC Markers

We know that childhood cancer is relatively rare overall. In honor of Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month, we strive to shine a light on the heroic measures taken in histopathology. An estimated 400,000+ children will be diagnosed with some form of cancer worldwide each year. Survival rates have increased in recent decades due in part to early and accurate detection and advancements in treatment. Your heroic efforts in the lab inspire us and continue to help save lives every day.

From a histological perspective, pediatric cancers under the microscope can be quite varied in appearance, and their detection may require more focused immunohistochemistry and ancillary testing. Because of this, and the rapid growth of some forms of pediatric cancer, accurate and timely detection is a valuable secret weapon.

We offer a robust portfolio of pediatric markers for IHC, including sensitive and specific rabbit monoclonal options.
