Fascin is a 55-kd actin bundling protein involved in cell migration. Fascin is up-regulated in many human carcinomas and numerous studies have correlated Fascin over-expression with increased metastatic potential.1-2 Fascin is highly sensitive for staining Reed-Sternberg cells making it an excellent marker for classic Hodgkin’s lymphoma.3
