Granzyme B is a serine protease expressed by cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells and initiates apoptosis through multiple direct and indirect pathways.1 Both neoplasm of lymphoid and non-lymphoid origin exhibit positivity for anti-Granzyme B.1 Anti-Granzyme B has also been found to be useful in identifying natural killer/T-cell lymphoma, as well as anaplastic large cell lymphoma.1-5
