HiDef Detection Alk Phos Polymer System
The HiDef Detection Alk Phos Polymer System is a two-step system which uses an indirect detection method resulting in an antibody-enzyme complex that universally detects mouse and rabbit primary antibodies. The resulting chromogenic reaction can be visualized by alkaline phosphatase (Alk Phos)-compatible chromogens using light microscopy. This visualization system consists of two detection reagents and is based on the sequential application of HiDef Detection Amplifier for Mouse and Rabbit to detect specific mouse and rabbit primary antibodies bound to antigens in the FFPE tissue followed by HiDef Detection Alk Phos Polymer Detector, to amplify the signal. The Alk Phos enzyme then activates an Alk Phos-compatible chromogen, allowing the reaction to be visible by light microscopy. 1-4
