Intellectual property

Currently, Cell Marque holds two patents: Cell Marque's US patent 6,649,368 provides for the simultaneous deparaffinization, rehydration and unmasking of a very broad range of epitopes, representing a major advance in immunohistochemical protocol standardization. The first embodiment of the patent that Cell Marque introduced was brand named Declere™, a reagent that simultaneously deparaffinizes, rehydrates and unmasks formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections. This was followed by the introduction of an additional product, Trilogy™ that offers enhanced performance.

Cell Marque's US Patent 6,489,171 provides an innovative means to dispense a sequence of chemicals into a headspace. As applied to automation of staining, the methods described permit substantial reduction in waste, substantial elimination of expensive field support and incorporation of desirable features currently not offered.

Certifications
