CD35, also known as complement receptor 1 (CR1) or C3b/C4b receptor, is a mature B-cell marker that mediates cellular binding and plays an important role in the complement system.1-3 CD35 labels follicular dendritic cells of normal and neoplastic origin and is, thus, a useful marker for follicular dendritic cell sarcoma.2,3
