CD19 is a glycoprotein on the surface of mature B cells, it works in conjunction with receptors and proteins to regulate B-cell signaling.1 CD19 is present in both normal and malignant B cells, and hence being valuable for the identification of B-cell neoplasms such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.2
